Well, the truth finally caught up with Terry McAuliffe and when presented for the first time in front of voters he was promptly pushed off the platform.
For the relentless exposure over the years of his {let's be real} sleazy essence, Democrats in Virginia told this carpet-bagging Yankee to go back from whence he came.
I'll hazard Terrible Terry had to know something about what happened to Vince Foster, because after providing a great deal of embarrassment to the Clintons over the years [the man was responsible for pimping out the Lincoln bedroom], and losing ground in every election cycle under his disastrous DNC guidance, they still kept him on to run Hillary's Prez campaign straight into the ditch. He had to know something.
{And I always pictured him and Dick Morris holding court in cheesey bar rooms during the campaigns.}
It took a Democratic electorate some time to get a shot at him and reject his sordid tactics. Hopefully the Clintonista remnants who went down with Terry will leave the scene, too — campaign players Tim Kaine, Mark Warner, Jim Webb, and staffers Mike Henry, Mo Elleithee and Delacey Skinner.
It says a lot for the Virginia Democrats who want to purge their party of the likes of those who take money to downplay holocausts, sell influence to Asia, and parlay pension funds into unbelievable profits.
I was disheartened to learn he got his bachelors from The Catholic University of America. More's the pity.
The sad thing is he's got nothing to fall back on now that the bottom has dropped out for car salesmen.
Maybe he'll hop a bus back to the Empire State, grow a beard and get an NYU teaching job.
