Hair of the dogs

Trump ... on a good day
What do Überriche/Überconnected Donald Trump, Boris Johnson, Rupert Murdoch, Jon Corzine, Rick Scott, Larry King and Rod Blagojevich have in common?
A bizarre attachment to the state of their pathetic noggins.
   Do they not own mirrors?
Must these Captains of Narcissism surround themselves with pusillanimous sycophants in order to maintain the charade-d'-follicle?
It is incomprehensible to me how these powerful men got to be where they are (okay, in a couple of cases where they "were") with such an absurd appearance.
Any sane person's initial reaction to meeting any of these guys for the first time would to be to bust out laughing.
   I mean, what is this?
Can you seriously step out of the house looking like this?
Take me to your leader
In Florida we are stuck with a governor who not only appears ill at ease by having to interact with humans, but his uncomfortable presence is magnified by his scrawny physique and completely bald head.
The man is worth millions and you can't tell me that a $40,000 hairpiece wouldn't make this space alien a whole lot more approachable.
Contrary to my snarky appraisal is a recent Wharton study which claims that close-cropped or no hair will bring a man more success in the corporate world. One of the assessments of the study was that bald men at least have been active at something. Sheesh!
Despite the academic exercises, it still baffles me how Gov. Scott managed to get elected to office.
The only explanation is that his opponent's name was Alex Sink.
Sink is not the best name for a person with political aspirations and, I'm sorry, but Alex is not the best name for a woman.
I'd wager most voting Floridians thought that she was a he, but no matter who was running against the space alien he managed to overwhelm them with the vast resources he squeezed out of his last employer.
Then Florida woke up after election day and gasped, "Good Lord, WTF have we done!"
