A slightly strange twist in an already wrenching story. Private detectives working for the British family of Madeleine McCann — the girl who went missing in Portugal two years ago — said Thursday they wanted to trace a woman who is a "Victoria Beckham lookalike."
The investigators searching for McCann issued a 'photofit' of the woman, who had an Australian accent and was seen by two British men in the Spanish city of Barcelona three days after the girl disappeared in Portugal.
Hmmmm.
My question is, where was the Spice Cadet when the child was [purportedly] nabbed?
Considering the zeal with which mega-celebrity moms are adopting kids around the planet, maybe Posh wanted another wee one but didn't want to risk ruining her skeletal figure through childbirth nor wade through all that icky red adoption tape (Seriously, who has the time for that when there's so many handbags to buy?).
I mean, just look at the pictures. Whoever [purportedly] nabbed the unfortunate little girl certainly picked a tyke who fits the look.
